All reservations made through our services are subject to the availability of the restaurant. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that a reservation can be fulfilled. Users are encouraged to confirm directly with the restaurant.
6. Loyalty Points
Users can earn loyalty points by making reservations through our application. Points may be redeemed in accordance with our loyalty program guidelines, which may be updated from time to time. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Deposit Collection, Cancellation, and Redemption Policy
Deposit Collection:
By making a reservation, you consent to the collection of your bank or payment card details for the purpose of charging a deposit, as required by the restaurant’s reservation policy. Your card will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time. The exact deadline for cancellation without charge will be clearly stated in your confirmation email and within your customer account.
Deposit Amount:
The deposit amount is determined by the individual restaurant owner’s reservation policy and will be outlined in the reservation form.
Deposit Redemption:
The deposit is non-refundable in cash and must be redeemed against your final bill at the restaurant.It is the customer’s responsibility to request redemption of the deposit from the restaurant owner or manager. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit, which is non-transferable and valid only for the specific reservation.
Customers must present valid proof of reservation (e.g., confirmation email or booking details from the Dine In Table application) when requested by the restaurant staff.
Failure to Redeem Deposit:
If the customer fails to provide valid proof of reservation, the restaurant owner/manager reserves the right to refuse deposit redemption.If the restaurant refuses to redeem the deposit despite valid proof being provided, the customer should contact Dine In Table at admin@dineintable.co.uk. A refund may be issued following a thorough investigation.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in accordance with the specific restaurant's cancellation policy outlined during the reservation process only if you pay any deposit. Users are encouraged to check the cancellation terms prior to confirming their reservation.
9. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dine In Table shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for any services rendered.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK . Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
